The Asian Cultural Training Programme
Noble Khan’s Asian Cultural Training Programme is ASET accredited.

The course has been devised specifically to help people understand Asian culture in Britain, so that those who live and work together can understand, appreciate and respect each other. The course also enables organisations to comply with the Employment Equality (Religion and Belief) Regulations 2003.

The course uses a combination of practical awareness sessions and fearless, open discussions to enhance cultural knowledge and encourage development of inter-cultural communication skills. At the end of the course, delegates will be able to identify different Asian people, experience and understand their customs, behaviour, festivals and religion, and know how to integrate with them as either colleagues or customers

Delegates speak highly of the experiential, practical aspects of the course that explore the relevant religious, cultural and legal issues so crucial to doing business in today’s diverse world. Completing the course means organisations can operate without fear of breaking the law, causing offence or pandering to misplaced political correctness.
