As a result of experiences both professionally and personally, (along with studies and talks within the general public), it became evident that there was a lack of understanding in culture across the board, between companies and their customers, through to employers and employees. Due to this, Noble Khan was set up to build a bridge for integration and set grounds for Quality Cultural training so that a high standard could be achieved not only at a customer service level but also in the working environment itself.

Through both her studies and work Sadi has had to integrate with people from all over the world, with different views, attitudes, cultures and languages. She is fluent in Bhari, Urdu and Hindi. Being bought up in an Asian cultural home environment, and living through a British school and Professional life, Sadi is in fact a balanced, integrated, authentic product of today’s British multicultural Society.

Sadi’s varied work experience has enabled her to collaborate with companies and customers all over the world, especially Germany , Due to setting very high standards in customer service and taking pride in the quality of her work, Sadi established a loyal customer base ranging from Roche Diagnostics in Germany to Laura Ashley in London.
